This is our annual religious event at Tumacocori AZ, with an overnight camping opportunity.

(Friday, October 11, 2019 early arrival at Fiesta Grounds)
6:00-9:00 pm Early Registration at Mission Fiesta Grounds, please alert us if you are coming early.
Good for out of town participants)
Saturday, October 12,2019
7:00-8:30 am Registration at Mission Fiesta Grounds and set up camp if spending the night
9: 00-9:20 am Opening Flag Ceremony and Benediction the Fiesta Grounds (Tumacacori)
9:30 am Proceed to Tubac Presidio
The first groups will drive to the trail head at the state park (Trek begins down the Trail,
lO:OO am The groups should be separated by 10 minutes
12:30 pm Lunch begins as attendees finish trek
1:30 pm Free time to visit Mission Grounds Visit the Mission grounds youth can earn the Junior Ranger badge. and enjoy the exhibitions
3:30 pm Prepare for Mass on east side of mission Class A uniforms Please Stay on trails and walkways, do not cross the hill, or touch or sit on the
ruins Mass (Bring a chair or seat the ground is hard)
4:30 pm Mass
6:30 pm Dinner
8:30 pm Campfire Flag Retirement
10:30 pm Close of Campfire Lights out

7:00 am Reveille ( Breakfast on your own)
9:00 am Break Camp, Police Campsite Check Out Begins
10:00 -Noon Final Committee Site inspection and Departure
Religious Emblems Coordinator Training

CCS MONTHLY MEETINGS
The third Wednesday of every month. Meeting starts at 7 PM. Meeting location is at 1601 N Tucson Blvd # 11, Tucson, AZ 85716.
Bishops Scout Mass
This yearly event is to celebrate scouts and units who have earned religious awards. This is help at the St. Augustine Cathedral in Downtown Tucson. The last mass was help on August 29, 2019.
When the next event date is established in 2020, this will be posted.
